Now heading up a team with extensive experience of consumer credit and bank mis-selling litigation including the funding of such cases. Tony was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and is the founder of and a partner in Butterworths.

During the last three years Jared has been instrumental in a number of rate swap mis-selling cases including one of the very few issued cases in England. He advises clients on a wide range of substantial commercial disputes in diverse areas of law including property, insolvency, intellectual property and professional negligence.

Julian is a Barrister in England and Wales (1987) and a German Rechtsanwalt and partner in the Munich firm of Wolfsteiner Roberts. Among his specialisms are capital markets litigation and the law of complex financial instruments. He has successfully taken numerous derivatives cases through the German courts since 2007, and his advice was before the court in the single most important case currently in Europe on derivatives, Deutsche Bank v Ille Papier.

Iain is a leading member of the Scottish Bar, called in 1976, and of the Bar of England and Wales. He is presently acting as leading Counsel on a number of derivative cases. Iain has a comprehensive understanding of derivatives and of European Law and practice in relation to these products. As with all advocates who are members of QA Legal, Iain is in independent practice through the Faculty of Advocates. Iain is a determined and highly skilled advocate who deals with highly complex matters in a quick and highly incisive way.

Colm has 21 years experience as a barrister and is a trained mediator. Having a background in property and commercial law, in which he had previously lectured, he has a in-depth understanding of the adverse consequences of clients buying derivatives from their own Banks. Colm has been acting for clients who have been mis-sold these products for a number of years and has built a reputation within the legal fraternity in this very specialised area of litigation.

Simon has run bank treasury departments, advised regulators and bank governors on best market practice and has been providing training on many aspects of financial services matters to many of the world's global institutions.
